Our Program This Year
We will arrive at The Tops Conference Centre on Wednesday the 13th from 4pm. You will be given access to your rooms to settle in, and we will then have our first chance to catch up over dinner, before our first all-in session that will set the focus for our time together.
On Thursday, Michael Wood will lead us in OST (Open Space Technology), organising us to convene the conversations that matter most to us across several sessions.
On Thursday evening, we will host our Network Celebration Night – an evening to highlight, honour, and celebrate our people, entities, and churches in their work, life cycles, and emerging new initiatives. This event is open to anyone from our churches, and we’d love you to invite others from your church who’d like to get a taste of the wider network. A night-only ticket including our celebratory dinner is available for supportive staff, leaders, and volunteers who are unable to attend the rest of Collective 24.
On Friday morning, Michael will continue the OST process with us, allowing us to close our conversations, move what matters into action, and harvest the power of these conversations. This final session is a vital step of the OST process, and we encourage all to remain with us to finish well. Our program will conclude with lunch at 1pm, which will wrap up by 2pm.
Registration
Collective is designed to be attended as a two-night program and registration costs cover a delegate’s entire stay. We strongly encourage delegates to attend from Wednesday night until the conclusion of our program at lunch on Friday to fully participate with us. Attendance is not compulsory but can be used for OPD for endorsed ministers.
This year we are also offering a Thursday night ticket to our Network Celebration Dinner and Event to encourage those who cannot attend all of Collective due to other commitments. This is an opportunity for them to join us for a night to experience our network. When a team registers as a group, a free ticket to Thursday night is included to offer to a member of your church.
We encourage church leadership to support their ministering persons by covering the cost of attending Collective.

Note: For ministering married couples who wish to attend, if the church is not covering registration of the spouse, please contact hello@ccnswact.org.au for a subsidy code.

Group Registration Rate – $1480
Includes:
- 4 individuals from one church at reduced rate – allocated to shared rooms (genders separated)
- An additional free ticket for 1 elder / leader to attend the Thursday night Network Celebration Dinner and Event
Children and Families
Infants (0-3 years old) – Free
Preschool – $50
Kindergarten – Year 6 – $120
Highschool – $135
Note: If registering as a family, select married couple and add children at each age price point. You will automatically be allocated a shared room for your family. Registration includes accommodation in a family share room, meals, and a childcare program during sessions for children in Year 6 and below.
