It is our heart to gather, connect, affirm and support the work of children’s leaders within our network. Leadership of the youngest disciples is such a vital part of our network…and the kingdom of God!
We are excited to invite children’s ministry leaders and teams from churches in our network to come together for a day of connection and development!
PROGRAM (Indicative)
On Children’s Network Leaders Day, we address a variety of topic areas based on what we’re hearing from across the network. In 2024, we explored how children’s leaders could:
- Be equipped to creatively and appropriately work with children when their behaviour is challenging.
- Find strategies to equip our children and their parents to participate with God in growing as disciples together.
- Navigate the transition as our children move toward becoming teenagers.
- Explore creative ministry ideas for communities that lack volunteers.
We believe these topics will be fruitful for generating conversations and ideas to propel your ministry! Alongside facilitated sessions, we will have dedicated space for networking and collaborative conversation.
