Network Webinar: Ministry Learning Labs with Brett White – “Difficult Conversations with Grace & Courage”

Ministry can be deeply rewarding, but it also asks a lot of us.

Ministry Learning Labs are short, practical online sessions designed to help people across our network remain healthy, reflective and sustainable in ministry.

Led by Brett White, our Chaplaincy Ministry Leader and a pastor with more than 40 years’ ministry experience, each one-hour session explores a key challenge of ministry life through practical input, reflection and conversation.

These are not formal training sessions. They are interactive spaces to learn from Brett, reflect on your own practice and draw on the wisdom and lived experience of others across the network.

Note: There are two webinars being offered on each Tuesday date to accomodate varying schedules. They are at 7am AND 2pm.

10 December – Difficult Conversations with Grace & Courage
Develop practical approaches to navigating conflict, challenging conversations and emotionally charged situations with honesty, compassion and respect.

16 February (2027) – Boundaries That Sustain Ministry
Explore healthy relational and emotional boundaries that can help you care well for others without becoming overwhelmed or overextended.

Whether you serve as a pastor, chaplain or in another ministry context, these Learning Labs are an opportunity to strengthen your pastoral practice, build resilience and develop healthier rhythms for the long journey of ministry.
