Position Title: HR & Operations Coordinator
Location: Rhodes Corporate Park, Rhodes NSW 2138 (on-site parking, with WFH by negotiation)
Hours: 4-5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
HR
- Coordinate recruitment of CCNSWACT employees.
- Onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Manage human resources documentation and employee files.
- Coordinate administration of leave and various human resources needs.
- Liaise with Support Formation & Events Coordinator to work together on staff events.
- Liaise with HR advisor to maintain office policies.
Operations
- Oversee the management of the Staff Intranet content, including roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure content remains up-to-date on the Staff Intranet.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures.
- Maintain policies and procedures register programming annual reviews with policy owners.
- Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
- Support team connection and engagement through communication, sending regular emails to all staff on updates, reminders and news etc.
- Oversee day-to-day office activities including phone and email enquiries, liaising with the wider group of entities (Fresh Hope Communities, Australian College of Ministries, Global Mission Partners, Property Trust) as required.
- Manage office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Plan, organise and lead internal events including CCNSWACT team days.
- Provide general support for visitors.
- Lead minor projects as directed by the Head of Network Services.
Technology
- Coordinate with IT vendor and maintain register of all devices, including chaplains and board members, liaising with IT vendor as required.
- Order and replace mobile phones as required.
- Maintain register of all devices.
- Establish and monitor procedures for best practice digital record keeping, liaising with IT provider as required.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business, or equivalent experience in the provision of generalist human resources advice.
- Strong Microsoft applications expertise.
- Office administration, vendor management experience.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of building productive relationships at all levels.
- (Desirable) Experience assisting organisational change projects in complex environments.
