It’s been just over a year since severe flooding affected thousands of people in the Northern Rivers area.
Tweed Church of Christ did amazing work amongst its community in collaboration with other local ministries and councils to see people taken care of. Twelve months later, many are just getting their lives and homes back.
Gilbert lives at a caravan park across from Tweed Church of Christ’s previous centre. He shares his experience of flood recovery over the last year and how the local church has impacted him.
