Western NSW and the ACT have been the latest locations to engage in Regional Conversations.

As part of a wider consultation process around the work of the Ethos Team, visits to Dubbo and Canberra brought together pastors, elders and governance teams.
Leaders travelled from as far afield as Wagga Wagga, Broken Hill, Bathurst and Orange for the gathering in Dubbo (pictured right.
“These gatherings signal the halfway point in our engagement around version two of the ethos statements that emerged from our Collective feedback,” said Ethos Team member Kym Dixon, who facilitated.
“As we discovered in the original development of the ethos statements, it is less about what is written and more about the conversation this process catalyses.
Each gathering has seen the participants spend time reflecting on the statements and exploring how they resonate personally within the life of local congregations and the network as a whole.
Feedback from the Regional Conversations will be brought back to the Ethos Team for further consideration before presentation to Conference Executive.
